In the first half of this year, the company produced more than 6,000 tons of various castings and forgings, 30% of its products were exported overseas, and 70% of its products were sold to Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang and other places.

Kaicheng Machinery, formerly known as Fujian Sanming Sanzhong Casting and Forging Co., Ltd., is one of the largest professional manufacturers of casting and forgings in the province. The company's production technology, process equipment and specialized manufacturing capabilities are at the leading level in our province and surrounding areas.

In order to meet the needs of the market and the company's strategic development, last year, the company and the "National Top 100 Foundry Enterprises" and "Top 20 Cast Steel Enterprises" joint venture and reorganization of Wenzhou Kaicheng Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Province, completed mixed ownership restructuring, changed the company to Fujian Kaicheng Machinery Co., Ltd.

On this basis, the two sides integrated resource advantages, increased investment in technological innovation and high-end product research and development, invested 500 million yuan to build new R & D and production projects of large-scale high-end green equipment and key components in Shaxian County, transformed to high-end casting, and created core competition for the enterprise force.

"At present, we take the way of daily production and project construction simultaneously. After the project is completed, the proportion of high-end casting products will reach more than 40%." Yu Hui, the company's comprehensive department manager, introduced. The project will use the existing site of triple casting and forging, newly build a 30,000 m2 steel casting workshop, a 10,000 m2 mold workshop, a warehouse, and 10,000 m2 of office, research and development and dormitory buildings and other supporting facilities; Steel and processing workshops, construction of 20,000 m2 finishing workshop, 8000 m2 machining assembly shop, etc.

After the project is completed, the company will realize the transformation to the high-end field, and can produce high-end large-scale steel casting products such as industrial steam turbines, internal combustion engines for nuclear power, and large ships. It is expected to achieve an annual output of more than 20,000 tons of high-end equipment steel castings and an annual output value of more than 500 million yuan, and strive to build Kaicheng Machinery into a global high-end large-scale cast steel parts R & D and manufacturing base.
